Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in New Jersey to independently manage product placement in various retailers. You will collaborate with store teams, restock inventory, and support seasonal resets using a mobile device. The role focuses on organization, efficiency, and strong retailer relationships.

Typical hours are 6–12 per week with flexible weekend availability around holidays. Training is provided, and benefits are offered for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: work additional days and longer hours around major holidays, including weekends.
• Department resets: participate in installations, fixtures setup, and resets two weeks in advance when assigned.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers in the field as needed in their territories.
