Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Closter, NJ to work independently, showcasing organization and time management skills while building retailer relationships and presenting Hallmark products.

You will restock, manage inventory, and support seasonal resets across multiple store types; some holidays require extended hours, with 8–10 hours per week and hourly pay between $16 and $18.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to read documents and interpret information.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Collaborate with store teams and report feedback and time via a mobile device.
• Support holiday and seasonal demand with extended hours and store visits.
• Assist with installations and resets of Hallmark fixtures and card sections.
• Be part of a network of merchandisers to support colleagues in other territories.
