Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Salisbury, MD seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and tear-down of a Seasonal Store.

The role includes supporting guest services, ensuring maximum sales and profitability, developing staff, and controlling expenses, shrinkage, merchandising and inventory. Candidates must be 18+, flexible, physically capable of standing for long periods, climbing, and lifting, with prior retail management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 18.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Develop staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
