Go! Calendar Holdings, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Store Manager to open, staff, and drive sales while upholding visual standards and strong operational controls. You will lead a small associate team, ensuring a high-energy, guest-focused shopping experience across our Go!

calendars, games and toys product range. The role requires proven retail store management experience with a sales focus, strong leadership, and excellent customer service skills.

• Proven successful experience as a retail store manager with sales focus.
• 1+ years of retail experience / management experience
• Proven ability to drives sales
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Create a customer focus environment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leader
• Self-motivated, optimistic mindset
• High integrity and reliability
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention
• Experience with retail management POS systems and basic computer skills

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a seasonal team to meet sales goals.
• Maintain visual standards and operational controls within the store.
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and manage staff; handle payroll and scheduling.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, loss prevention, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Manager to maximize sales results.
