Job summary

Hickory Farms, via Noor Staffing Group, seeks a Seasonal Store Manager to lead one or more holiday locations in the United States. You will drive sales, oversee staffing, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention while delivering the Hickory Farms brand experience.

Reporting to the Seasonal Area Manager, you will recruit and coach Sales Associates, ensure compliance with company standards, and adapt to evolving store needs, including evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading day-to-day store operations in a retail environment.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and hire seasonal staff.
• Strong customer engagement and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations including staffing, sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Achieve or exceed sales and performance targets for the location.
• Train and coach Sales Associates on product knowledge and sales techniques.
