Job summary

Hickory Farms is seeking a Seasonal Store Manager to lead daily operations at one or more seasonal locations. You will drive sales, supervise staff, and execute visual merchandising while ensuring inventory accuracy and loss prevention.

This role requires a strong retail background, flexibility for seasonal hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and a proactive approach to guest service. Reports to the Seasonal Area Manager and works with Noor Staffing Group representing Hickory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service management background preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal Sales Associates with Area Manager.
• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for the location(s).
• Train and coach Sales Associates on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure consistent execution of the customer engagement strategy: Greet, Engage, Identify Needs, Recommend, Close.
