Job summary

Hickory Farms LLC is seeking a Seasonal Store Manager to lead one or more seasonal locations via Noor Staffing Group. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure inventory accuracy in a mall setting.

You will hire and coach Sales Associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain loss prevention and visual standards while adapting to busy holiday traffic and short-notice scheduling.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong background in retail or customer service management.
• Willingness to travel to store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal Sales Associates in coordination with the Seasonal Area Manager.
• Lead all aspects of daily store operations including staffing, sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Achieve or exceed sales and performance targets for the location.
• Train and coach Sales Associates on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure the customer engagement strategy is consistently followed.
