Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store's total operations, drive guest services, and maximize sales and profitability. You will oversee merchandising, staffing, and daily activities to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.

You will manage shrink, inventory control, seasonal setup and teardown, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. The role requires prior retail management experience and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 and flexible schedule.
• Able to stand/walk 8+ hours, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience required.

Responsibilities
