Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations in Latrobe, PA. You will assist the Store Manager with staffing, merchandising, setup and teardown of a seasonal store to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 18+ years, a flexible schedule, and prior retail management experience; duties include developing staff, controlling expenses, inventory, safety, and overseeing premium pay programs.

Responsibilities

• Staff and train store team to ensure guest satisfaction and sales goals.
• Assist with setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Control expenses, shrinkage and inventory to maximize profitability.
• Develop staff, assign duties and monitor performance during the season.
• Support Store Manager in implementing premium pay programs and other benefits.
