Job summary

Go Retail Group is seeking a seasonal part-time store associate to open/close the store, assist customers, and manage sales. You will operate the cash register, maintain order, and support promotions while providing excellent service to shoppers.

Responsibilities include handling shipments, restocking, and completing opening/closing duties. Prior retail experience and basic math skills are required; flexible schedule with weekends and evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience or related field.
• Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leader.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset with integrity and accountability.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on entry and execute the sales process.
• Promote current promotions and offers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Assist customers using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and engage customers through visual merchandising.
