Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to open and close the store, operate the cash register, and assist customers with purchases. You will help maintain visual standards and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong math and POS skills, reliability, and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude. This role offers up to 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience or related field.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft Office.
• Able to perform basic math functions.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards.
• Receive and place new shipments.
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled.
• Prepare cash bank at opening and nightly deposits at closing.
• Complete opening or closing checklist for every shift.
