Go! Calendar Holdings, LLC is seeking a seasonal part-time store associate in Louisville to open/close, ring sales, and keep the store inviting and well organized. This role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and accurate cash handling.

The position offers up to 20 hours per week with weekends and evenings as needed, in a retail calendar environment. Training and flexible scheduling are provided to support a positive shopping experience.

• One year of retail experience (or related field).

• Create an exciting shopping experience by staying connected with customer needs.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft Office.
• Able to perform basic math functions.
• Flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute steps to a sale and offer current promotions.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain store environment to visual merchandising standards.
• Receive and place new shipments and reset features.
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled.
• Prepare cash bank and nightly deposits; complete opening/closing checklists.
