Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Part-Time Store Support Teammate in Medford, OR. You will greet guests, operate the POS, assist with merchandising tasks, and keep the store clean and organized to meet Buckle’s mission.

Responsibilities include learning current promotions, handling transactions, and contributing to a positive team environment with a flexible schedule including weekends and peak shopping days. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and peak days.
• Complete Guest transactions using the POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide friendly, engaging assistance while answering questions.
• Operate POS system to complete transactions and assist guests at checkout.
• Support merchandising tasks such as displays and price changes as needed.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable, adhering to Buckle policies.
