Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate to help deliver an enjoyable shopping experience for guests in Medford, OR. You will greet customers, process transactions at the POS, and support merchandising and store operations as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of current promotions, handling security and loss prevention, and contributing to a clean, organized store that reflects Buckle’s standards. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, incl. mornings, evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts and respond appropriately.
• Assist in merchandising tasks and display preparation up to ten feet high.
• Keep a clean, organized and shoppable store per Buckle standards.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and answer questions about store and merchandise.

• Process transactions at the POS and bag purchases.
• Know promotions, policies, payments, exchanges and security.
• Identify potential security risks and respond as needed.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays within height limits.
• Maintain a clean, organized store aligned with Buckle’s mission.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies.
• Contribute to team effort and assist with special projects as assigned.
