Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate (Part-Time) at Rivertown Crossings in Grandville, MI. You will greet guests, process transactions at POS, and assist with merchandising and store upkeep to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities include promoting current sales, upholding security practices and policies, and supporting the Store Manager with daily tasks. This role offers part-time hours and a teammate discount, with potential additional benefits after

Qualifications

No prior experience required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays.
Greet Guests and assist with store info and promotions.
Stand and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with store questions.
Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS and bagging purchases.
Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies and security practices.
Monitor and recognize security risks and respond appropriately.
Assist with merchandising tasks: displays, fixtures, price markdowns, transfers.
Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable, aligned with Buckle standards.
Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
