Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate for our Grand Traverse Mall location in Traverse City, MI. This part-time role focuses on delivering a standout guest experience and handling sales support tasks under the Store Manager's guidance.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating POS, staying current on promotions, assisting with merchandising, and maintaining a clean, secure store. The position offers team-based support and opportunities to grow with Buckle.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
• Commitment to guest service and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Operate the POS system to complete guest transactions and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment/exchange policies, and security practices.
• Assist merchandising tasks including displays, fixtures, shelving, price markdowns, and transfers.
• Monitor security risks and prevent theft where possible.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable, and adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics.
• Support the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and perform other duties as assigned.
