Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate in Briarwood, MI. The role focuses on delivering an enjoyable guest experience, greeting customers, and supporting daily store operations on-site.

You will handle transactions at the POS, stay knowledgeable on promotions, and assist with merchandising tasks. A flexible schedule, weekend shifts, and a positive team environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays.
• On-site, part-time role focused on customer service and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Process Guest transactions at POS and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions and policies.
• Monitor and prevent security risks and theft.
• Assist the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle's Code of Ethics and policies.
• Fulfill mission by delivering high Guest service and teamwork.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
