Job summary

Buckle in Brandon, FL is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate to help deliver a welcoming shopping experience. You will greet Guests, handle transactions at the POS, stay informed on promotions, and keep the store neat and inviting.

You may assist the Operations Manager with displays and transfers, support pricing updates, and contribute to Buckle's mission with a positive team spirit. Flexible hours including holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete transactions and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions and policies regarding payment and exchanges.
• Monitor security risks and prevent or handle theft situations.
• Assist the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable in line with Buckle’s standards.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and company policies.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
