Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate in Monroe, LA at our Pecanland Mall location. This on-site, part-time position supports daily store operations and guest service, helping guests find merchandise and completing POS transactions with a positive, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with displays, maintaining knowledge of promotions, and ensuring a clean, safe, organized shopping environment. No prior experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required or training; emphasizing ability to learn on the job.
• Flexible schedule availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Process Guest transactions at POS and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Monitor security and prevent theft.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with displays and shelf setup.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Follow Buckle Code of Ethics and store policies.
