Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate for our Pineville, NC location to help fulfill the mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. This on-site, part-time role emphasizes guest service, cashier duties, and merchandising support.

You will work a flexible schedule—including weekends and holiday periods—and contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment while following Buckle’s policies and ethics guidelines.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as needed.
• Customer service oriented with a friendly attitude and guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and assist with questions about store and merchandise.
• Process Guest transactions using the POS system and bag purchases.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and display setup within store safety guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support loss prevention by adhering to security procedures and reporting concerns.
