Job summary

Kohl's in Eagan, MN is hiring for a store associate responsible for maintaining a safe, clean store environment and providing excellent customer service. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, stockroom duties, and assist with omni-channel fulfillment as needed, while greeting customers and helping with products and services.

No retail experience is required and candidates must be 18 or older with flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures.
• Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain stockroom by replenishing supplies and rotating chemicals.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed by guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team.
• Assist operations in receiving, stocking, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
