Buckle is seeking a Sales Teammate in Texas to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks such as cashiering, display pulls, and store readiness under Store Management guidance.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, answering questions, recommending products, and maintaining knowledge of current promotions, returns, and security. This role supports the team and aims for strong guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Retail performance standards apply.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with legendary service and assist with merchandise.
• Answer questions and locate products to guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, exchanges, and security.
• Process checkout and bag purchases, open/close cash registers.
• Support housekeeping and merchandising, price markdowns and displays.
• Build guest relationships and contribute to team standards.
