Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member in New Jersey to support store operations during peak periods.

You will assist with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service across multiple store areas, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment that delivers a top-notch shopping experience. This seasonal role is temporary and designed to add staff during busy times; opportunities for regular part-time or full-time positions may arise as business

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and team lifts up to 100 lbs.
Demonstrates integrity, reliability and ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

Assist with merchandising, freight, front-end operations and customer service.
Work across store areas to maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked environment and deliver a customer-focused shopping experience.
Perform cashier and front-end duties with accurate, efficient transactions.
Process freight and replenish merchandise per merchandising guidelines.
Support store recovery, housekeeping and safety initiatives.
