Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring for a Seasonal Service Team Member at our Harvey store. You will assist customers, process checkouts, and support stocking and merchandising to keep the store inviting and organized.

This part-time role may require evenings, weekends, and early morning shifts. Cross-training in Custom Framing is available to expand responsibilities and improve customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find products.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and store recovery to keep merchandise in stock.
• Support omni-channel processes and promotions, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in planogram and merchandise resets; maintain store cleanliness and safety.
