Job summary

Rothy’s in Boston, MA is seeking a Seasonal Retail Ambassador to represent the brand on the sales floor and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will focus on creating meaningful connections with customers, driving sales through service, and supporting an inclusive store culture.

Beyond sales, you will assist with limited operations like stock replenishment and store upkeep, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for shoppers.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week with Peak Days and Non-Peak Days.
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Execute assigned responsibilities accurately as part of daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and store organization and cleanliness
• Demonstrate knowledge of store operations and policies, following established procedures and SOPs to ensure operational excellence and compliance
