Kohl’s in Rocky Hill, CT is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service and ensure smooth store operations, including processing freight, replenishment and omni-channel fulfillment.

You will greet customers, assist with products and services, maintain product protection standards, participate in training for new hires, and help keep shelves stocked and aligned with seasonal priorities; flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with ability to multi-task.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments, and perform stockroom/omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s standards and inventory procedures.
