Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking an associate to provide excellent customer service and support store operations in Tupelo, MS. You will process freight, unload shipments, and execute stockroom tasks to ensure smooth omni-channel fulfillment.

You will also replenish the floor, engage customers, and follow product protection standards while supporting training and brand initiatives. Flexibility for shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload shipments and execute stockroom tasks.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasons.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Ensure product protection standards are followed.
• Participate in training on Kohl’s brand standards, inventory procedures and tools.
