Job summary

Kohl's in Jackson, TN is seeking a front-line associate to deliver excellent customer service and perform store operations including freight processing and omni-channel fulfillment. You will greet customers, assist with products, and ensure stockroom and floor replenishment meets demand.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.

• Must be 16 years of age or older; flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Follow product protection standards and safety policies.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, inventory procedures and productivity standards.
