Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments, and manage stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor according to sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Follow product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and procedures.
• Support POS and customer service to deliver speed of service.
• Meet or exceed individual productivity and loyalty goals.
• Handle multiple tasks within established timeframes.
