Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Warren, Ohio is seeking a Stocking Associate to perform merchandise stocking duties in Receiving and on the Sales Floor. You will help ensure product is neatly displayed and ready for customers.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, maintaining back stock, signing and price maintenance, and staying knowledgeable about products and promotions to assist guests during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to operate computerized POS register system.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Organizes and manages back stock daily.
• Replenishes product on shelves and in back stock as required per Merchandising guidelines.
• Unloads trucks as needed.
• Remains Product “expert” through ongoing product knowledge training.
• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales and plan-o-grams.
• Assists with pricing maintenance and signing.
• Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• Follows all Company Policies and Procedures.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
