Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
