Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Seasonal Stocker to support store operations by stocking merchandise, organizing the backroom, and keeping both floors clean and well-stocked for a great customer experience.

You will help prepare merchandise for sale, assist customers in locating items, and participate in merchandising projects while maintaining safety and store standards. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stock and organize merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to regularly lift, move, and position merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient use of store equipment such as handheld devices, dollies, and step stools.

Responsibilities

• Accurately stock merchandise on the sales floor and backroom following company standards.
• Inspect items for quality, tagging, and labeling before stocking.
• Organize back stock for inventory accuracy and efficient product flow.
• Assist with processing merchandise, transfers, and returns as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe sales floor and backroom; perform routine housekeeping.
