Qualifications

• At least 18 years old (or 16 years old in the EMEA Region)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and bend, and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs/12 kg per shift
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices)
• High-energy environment, teamwork, and willingness to participate in contests and growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments
• Replenish the sales floor
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods
• Ensure the store, the sales floor, and stockrooms are cleaned and organized
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with Under Armour process and policy through digital experience
• Model the Under Armour service culture and customer expectations
• Support and adhere to visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
• Pursue self-development and opportunities for advancement
