Job summary

Under Armour, Inc is seeking a Seasonal Stock Associate to keep our store running smoothly during peak times. You will move products from stockroom to floor, stock shelves, and support the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Ideal candidates are active, energetic, and ready to engage with customers and teammates. The role offers seasonal work with potential for part-time or full-time opportunities and compensation ranging from $16.00 to $19.80 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 (or 16 in the EMEA Region).
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Can lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kgs during each shift with or without accommodation.
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology such as handheld and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods.
• Ensure the store, the sales floor, and stockrooms are cleaned and organized.
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy through digital experience.
• Model the UA service culture and customer expectations.
• Support and adhere to Under Armour’s visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations.
• Engage in and support safety standards on sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Be aware of and follow Loss Prevention policies and report unusual activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Pursue self-development and seize growth opportunities.
