Job summary

Under Armour in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Seasonal Stock Associate to keep our store running smoothly during peak periods. You will move products from the stockroom to the sales floor, replenish shelves, process shipments, and support the sales team to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

This role is ideal for active individuals who enjoy teamwork, can lift up to 25 lbs, and can work nights, holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old (or 16 years old in the EMEA Region).
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods.
• Ensure store, sales floor, and stockrooms are cleaned and organized.
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy through digital experience.
• Model the UA service culture and customer expectations.
• Follow Under Armour visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations.
• Engage in safety practices on sales floor and stockroom; report safety concerns.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies; report unusual activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities.
