Job summary

Kirkland's, Inc. in Columbia, SC is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment and price changes. This role requires strong organization and a sense of urgency to keep the store running smoothly.

You will help receive merchandise, maintain stockrooms, and support markdowns and replenishment on the floor while upholding safety and company standards. Weekend/evening availability is often required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience is a plus.
• Energetic and competitive with drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Able to lift 45 pounds and climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and replenish salesfloor.
• Assist with markdowns and replenishment on the salesfloor.
• Support profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Take personal accountability for performance and attitude.
• Provide respectful, professional customer interactions and adhere to dress code.
• Support company initiatives and stock shipments on each shift.
• Show initiative to process shipments promptly and report to shift with professionalism.
