Job summary

Kirkland's, Inc. is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment, and price changes in Florence, SC. This entry-level role requires a sense of urgency and strong organization as you support fast, accurate stock handling.

You will help receipt and stocking of merchandise, markdowns, and ensure shelves are ready for customers. Weekend/evening shifts may be required; adherence to company dress code is expected.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; stock experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment
• Provides support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during their shifts
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance
• When entering the salesfloor, treats customers in a respectful and professional manner; supports company branding by adhering to dress code
• Maintains high commitment and demonstrates support for company initiatives
• Takes initiative during every shift to ensure shipment is processed in a timely manner
• Reports to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude at all times
