Job summary

Kirkland's is seeking a Stock Team Member in Columbia, SC to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, stock replenishment, and price changes. You will help keep the sales floor ready, support store branding, and ensure timely shipment processing.

This role requires high organization, energy, and a can-do attitude. No experience is required, but reliability to work weekends/holidays is essential and you must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and climb ladders.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented with drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and manuals.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives and manuals.
• Ability to work a schedule including early mornings and off hours.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Ability to climb ladders and move bulky merchandise.
• Ability to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assemble product, execute markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• Treat customers with respect and adhere to dress code while on the salesfloor.
• Maintain commitment to company initiatives.
• Ensure shipments are processed in a timely manner during each shift.
• Report to shifts with a professional, positive attitude.
