Job summary

Kirkland's, Inc. is seeking a Stock Team Member in Frisco, TX to help manage freight flow, organize backroom stock, and replenish the salesfloor with urgency and care. You will also assist with price changes and align with company branding on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Prior stock experience is a plus, but not required, and safety is a priority in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• No experience required, stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds or more on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the receipt of merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and replenish salesfloor stock.
• Assist with markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Take accountability for individual performance and professional conduct.
