Job summary

Kirkland's, Inc. is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. You will help with price changes and ensure merchandise is stocked safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and able to work weekends/evenings. No experience is required, though stock experience is a plus. You will contribute to brand standards and support daily store operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to follow company directives, handbook and manuals.
• Able to work a schedule to meet store needs (early mornings/off hours).
• Able to lift and move 45 pounds+ regularly; climb ladders; stock high shelves.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and supporting the Company Handbook during shifts.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• When entering the salesfloor, treat customers in a respectful and professional manner; adhere to dress code.
• Maintain commitment and support for company initiatives.
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed in a timely manner.
• Report to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude.
• Demonstrate commitment to Kirkland's Home Values.
