Job summary

Kirkland's, Inc. is seeking a Stock Team Member in Michigan to support freight flow, backroom organization and salesfloor replenishment. You will help ensure timely processing of shipments and maintain inventory accuracy while adhering to company dress code and brand standards.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. No prior experience is required, but stock experience is beneficial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Stock experience preferred but not required.
• Energetic, results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and replenish the salesfloor.
• Execute markdowns and stock replenishment on the floor.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Provide professional and respectful customer interactions.
