Job summary

Kirkland's, Inc. is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment in our retail store. You will handle merchandise receipts, assist with markdowns, and uphold brand standards while delivering friendly service.

No experience is required; however stock experience is a plus, and weekend/evening shifts are common. This role supports fast-paced store operations and contributes to a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Available to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Able to lift and move 45 pounds or more; climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and supporting the Company Handbook during shifts.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• When entering the salesfloor, treat customers in a respectful and professional manner; support branding by dress code.
• Maintain high commitment and support for company initiatives.
• Take initiative during every shift to ensure shipments are processed timely.
• Report to shift with a professional, positive attitude.
• Demonstrate commitment to Kirkland's Home Values.
