Roles span Sales, Customer Service, Stock, and Fulfillment, with opportunities to work across areas as needed. You’ll handle transactions, assist customers, manage stock, and support events and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Keep the sales floor runways ready through merchandising and straightening.
• Assist customers with transactions across in-store, online, and mobile platforms using the POS system.
• Support as a fitting room attendant: greet customers and return garments to the floor.
• Keep stockrooms organized and merchandise accurately ticketed.
• Demonstrate proficiency with store technologies and adhere to procedures.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards and other programs.
