Qualifications

• Preferred client-facing retail or service industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments, unload trucks, and stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Maintain product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl's standards and procedures.
• Support at point of sale to deliver fast, friendly service.
