Job summary

World Market is hiring for seasonal roles to enhance the in-store customer experience. You will engage customers, help locate products, and contribute to a fun, welcoming shopping environment. The role supports freight handling, merchandising, and smooth stockroom operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

We value a can-do attitude, teamwork, and strong communication. Previous retail is a plus, but not required; minimum age is 16, and you must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and make the shopping experience fun and memorable.
• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Keep stockroom organized.
• Handle checkout and buy online pickup in store orders as needed.
• Share passion and knowledge to help customers find the perfect item.
