Job summary

World Market is seeking team members for the seasonal period to enhance the in-store customer experience. You’ll help customers find the perfect items, process freight, and maintain attractive merchandising and cleanliness across the sales floor.

Ideal candidates bring a can-do attitude, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. Minimum age is 16, with lifting up to 40 lbs, and a focus on teamwork and safety in a vibrant store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Minimum Age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed.
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect “anything.”
