Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and supporting the Company Handbook during shifts.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• When entering the salesfloor, treat customers in a respectful and professional manner; support branding by adhering to dress code.
• Maintain high commitment and demonstrate support for company initiatives.
• Take initiative during each shift to ensure shipment is processed timely.
• Report to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude at all times.
• Demonstrate a commitment to Kirkland's Home Values.
