Corvian in Ames, Iowa, is seeking a Soil Lab Technologist for seasonal work starting immediately through December 2026. You will operate specialized instruments, perform tests on soil samples, and report results while upholding high quality standards.

Ideal candidates have post-secondary education in chemistry, biology, or soil science, and experience with analytical methods and ICP ionization is a plus. Schedule may include days, evenings and weekends in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in chemistry, biology, or soil science.
• Working knowledge of analytical methodology, instruments, and general laboratory procedures.
• Experience with ICP ionization methods would be ideal.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings and/or weekends.
