Employment Type: On-Call / Seasonal (Winter 2026–2027)

Shifts: Day and Night Shifts - 8 AM to 8 PM and 8 PM to 8 AM

GovFirst is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Seasonal Snowplow Operator – CDL Driver (On-Call) to support winter maintenance operations in Salem, VA.

The successful candidate is responsible for:

• Operate snowplow trucks and assigned winter maintenance equipment to remove snow and apply de-icing materials to roadways.
• Perform safe and efficient plowing operations during winter weather events, including heavy snow, ice, and mixed precipitation.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
