Job summary

Vail Resorts is looking for Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructors for the winter season of 2026/2027 in Fairfield, California. Instructors are responsible for teaching group and private lessons, delivering exceptional guest service, and ensuring a safe environment for learners. This role offers flexibility with part-time hours and various employee benefits, including free ski passes and additional discounts. Applicants should have the PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or equivalent and must be comfortable working with guests of all ages. Qualifications

• Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructors must have a minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification.
• Experience in delivering quality instruction to groups and individuals is essential.
• Communication skills for providing excellent guest service are required.
